Exercise

Yoga, walking, exercise…

Doing some form of exercise has been proven to improve mental health. Of course you will

only participate in a sport if you are fit and able to, and your doctor can help advise you on

what would be suitable for you. I would highly recommend getting professional advice so

that you do not cause yourself harm.

From walking, water aerobics and yoga, to racquet sports, cross training and running,

there are many ways to exercise alone, with a partner or in a group; whatever takes your

fancy!
